RAVE; Barry M's Nail Paints!

Hello ladies! Just before I begin this post I would just like to say sorry for there not being many posts this week, I've had quite a few exams but I can safely say they are out of the way and finished now!

Anyway, Today I'm going to be doing another 'rave' post; but this time on Barry M's nail paints.

These little bottles of magic have been a huge hit since they launched and I've been buying them for the past year now. At just £2.99 each, you can't go wrong. They don't chip easily, they're highly pigmented and dry quickly! Also they have a nice finish and don't look cheap and tacky like some cheap nail polishes do.

They come in all sorts of colours from your darker black shades, up until mint greens and whites. Also they do a 'Nail Effects' range such as 'crackle effect' and 'metal effect' which are great!

Have you tried Barry M's nail paints?

Issy xoxo

HAUL; ELF!

Aloha ladies! Today I'm writing a very exciting post for you all; an ELF haul! This is my second time ordering from ELF and I love all of the products I got this time. Last weekend (19th May) I ordered from ELF as they had two different offers on. One offer was to get free shipping and a free lipgloss if you spent over £10, the other was to get a free 6-in-1 beauty to go palette. I took the offer of free shipping and lipgloss and this is what I brought!

All of my goodies ^-^ Follow me on instagram; @beautyslittleangel.

Buy ELF's nail polishes here.

Two things I added to my virtual shopping basket were two of ELF's nail polishes. I love the nail polishes ELF has (I already own four) and for £1.50 the quality is amazing.

The first one I chose was in the shade '1556 Mint Cream'. I picked this as pastel nails are in this summer and I don't own a colour like this and for just £1.50 it's worth a try.

The second nail polish I chose was a top coat in the shade '1590 Matte'. I love the concept of this nail polish. What you do is paint your nails with any colour you wanted, then use this as your topcoat. This creates a whole new look for your nails and can update your old nail polishes! This was also £1.50.

Buy the 'Super glossy lipshines' here.

This lipgloss is the free gift I got with the offer what was on. It is a 'Super glossy lipshine SPF 15'. I knew before I ordered that the colours ELF were giving away randomly to people who took up the offer weren't the best but I'm really not a fan of this colour. The consistency of these lip glosses are great and they do a great job but I'm not a fan of the colour. Mine is in the shade '2802 Mauve Luxe'. I'm thinking about giving this to my mum as she prefers the darker shades of lip glosses!

Buy the eyelid primer here.

Another product I decided to pick up is a highly raved about item which is ELF's eyelid primer from their original line. I'm yet to try this out with an eyeshadow but from a quick swatch on my hand I've found it blends very easily so you can't tell that you're wearing a primer on. It has a very nice doe-foot applicator which doesn't pick up too much product - so you aren't wasting it! Mine is in the shade 'sheer'.

Finally onto the brushes!

Buy the 'Total face brush' here.

The first brush I picked up was ELF's professional total face brush. I haven't really heard many people talk about this but at just £1.50 I decided to try it. I haven't used this yet but just by touching it I can feel how soft the bristles are! Also it's very dense so it should pick up a lot of product.

Buy the 'Blushing, bronzing and blending brush' here.

After misplacing my previous blusher brush I brought this one from ELF at yet again just £1.50. I haven't used this yet but I'll report back with a review soon.

Buy the ELF 'stipple brush' here.

The final product/brush I got was the ELF stipple brush. This is yet again another highly raved about item and I brought this just for my foundation. I shall also make a blog post with a review in the near future.

Well that's the end of my ELF haul! If you want a review of anything then comment ^_^

REVIEW; MUA Lipstick in shade #5

Aloha lovelies! Today I'm going to be reviewing MUA's lipstick in shade #5. If you don't know who MUA are then you've been living under a rock. They're a makeup company where all of their products retail for under £8. They have two lines, Their standard one (Where everything is £1) then a professional one where things are a little more expensive but nothing that will break the bank.

Today I'm reviewing one of their standard lipsticks in shade #5 which retails for £1!

What MUA Says;

"Girls, there is nothing better than lipstick. Apart from maybe lipstick that costs just £1! Ok definitely lipstick that costs just £1. Don't say we're not good to you. Our amazing lipsticks come in 16 shades from red to pink and nude and are packed full of pigmentation."

The Packaging;

Like all of MUA's standard line packaging, it's black and simple. It looks very sleek and professional and looks like it cost more than £1! I love how at the end of each lipstick you can see the colour of the lipstick. So in your storage you can easily pick out which colour you want!

The colour;

Shade 5 is a shimmery baby pink. In the stick it looks quite bright but when applied to your lips it gives a nice sheer pink.

Formula;

This lipstick has a nice lip-gloss feel to it. It's very moisturising and doesn't give a matte finish or dry your lips out! It's great for everyday use.

Pros and Cons;

Pros;
- Cheap + Affordable!
- Great everyday colour
- Will suite every skin tone
- Moisturising
- Has a nice finish!

Cons;
- The shimmer could put some people off buying it
- Breaks easily

Overall I really like this lipstick and its my favourite one I own from this range. For the price you can't go wrong and if you haven't tried it before you're missing out!

You can buy this lipstick here from the official MUA website for £1.

REVIEW; Soap & Glory's Hand Food

 Before purchasing Soap & Glory's Hand Food I hadn't really paid much attention to my hands or bought any hand cream. When there was a offer on the large bottle of Hand Food I decided to pick up a bottle. I'm so glad I did! My love for this product keeps growing as its just so good!

This hand cream is very moisturising, leaving your hands feeling soft all day as thankfully this isn't one of those creams which you have to keep applying 10 times throughout the day! Plus, it doesn't leave a greasy feel after applying it and it doesn't even take that long to sink in.

Have you tried Soap & Glory's Hand Food? What do you think of it?

You can purchase the large bottle of Hand Food from Boots here for £5.00.

RAVE; Natural Collection.

Hello lovelies! Today I'm making my second 'rave' post. This time its on a whole company called 'Natural Collection'. This company only retails in Boots stores across the UK. They're known for their low prices (all under £5) but good quality for the price. They stock make-up items from foundations to eyeshadows to lipsticks.

My favourite product that Natural Collection sell is their eyeshadows. They have a great colour range and have great pigmentation. Also they're an amazing price of £1.79.

What do you think of Natural Collection? Do you like their products? What's your favourite?

Issy xoxo

HAUL; Primark, Superdrug & Newlook!

I don't really tend to do hauls on this blog, but I hope to start a trend on my blog and try and make a 'haul' post every time I go shopping and buy enough worthy of a post! I'd just like to say I'm not bragging about anything I've brought and I brought it all myself. I simply like watching/reading other peoples hauls so I want to make my own posts! Lets begin..

First place I went to was Superdrug and I picked up two new Nail Paints by Barry M. Superdrug are currently running a deal on Barry M's nail paints where you get £1 off if you buy two. So it comes to £5 for two which isn't bad for the quality/amount! The two shades I got were '308 Berry I/C' which is a very nice pastel purple. The second shade was '305 Pink Flamingo' which is a hot coral pink. Be sure to look out for a few NOTD's with these beauties! You can buy them from Superdrug here.

Next up Newlook! I went into Newlook intending on buying a black bodycon skirt which I need for a family meal coming up. If you don't know Newlook currently has a sale on in their stores/online so I decided to have a quick browse to see if I could find one and amazingly I did! This beauty was reduced from £17.99 to a amazing £6! I couldn't leave it there for that price and plus its great quality.

Now onto everyone's favourite - primark! One item I picked up was these tights which were reduced from £3.50 to £2.50 so I thought I'd just pick some up as you can never have to many tights!

Secondly I got a plain long-sleeved top for wearing under school blouses on the colder days. I love Primark for little things like this as they're so cheap! I love these and already own quite a few.

Whilst browsing through the isles of Primark I saw a stand with all of these tops on. I already love Super Dry and Hollister tops like this and I was shocked when I found out Primark sell dupes of these great tops. Primark's version are so soft and thick, making them great quality and a bargin for just £6!

Also like Newlook, Primark have a sale on. Like the top I showed previously they have some colours also on sale! I couldn't believe it. My favourite new Primark buy in the sales! This is a very nice orange colour which isn't showing up to well on camera! *Sad face*. This top was reduced from £6 down the £3 and when I got to the tills to pay it came out as being £1! O.M.G! I couldn't believe it. I love Primark for little things like this.

So that's my haul over! I hope you enjoyed reading it!
